DESCRIPTION
Semolina is ground durum wheat, traditionally used to make pasta. It gives a rough textured finish to pasta that is perfect for sauces to cling to. This durum semolina can also be used in puddings and cakes, as well as giving a lovely texture to shortbreads.
Also used for pizza making.
