A small individual round lemon sponge cake filled with lemon curd and synthetic cream. Dusted with sweet snow icing on the top.

Water; Preservative: E202. Cream Filling: Icing : (Sugar, Anti Caking agent E341). Vegetable Shortening: Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed); Water; Salt; Flavouring. Vanilla Flavouring: (1%) (Flavouring, Water, Propylene Glycol, Caramel Sugar Syrup, Thickening Agent ( E415), Acidity Regulator (E330), Preservatives (E202). Lemon curd: (8%) Granulated Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water, Palm Oil & Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Starch, Dried Whole Egg Powder, Modified Wheat Starch, Gelling Agent (E440), Acidity Regulator (E330, E331), Lemon Oil, Salt, Acetic Acid E260, Colour (E100). Sweet snow: (Dextrose, Cornflour ( Maize), Palm Oil).
